Lelouch Von Glacé is DOT Dream Head on DOI body

He arrived December 15th, 2009 I ordered him October 14th 2009. It was the shortest wait I've ever had. I must say I'm not disappointed! He's amazing right down to the glitter on his lips, I couldn't have asked for a better face up. Now all I have to do is wait for his other eyes to show up so he can be totally in character. ;D

I ordered a Dream Of Idol from Dream of Doll back in October and guess what? He shipped. He should be the Dream head with the V2 make up (I anticipate it being slightly different then the default actually I hope it is).

Sadly my boy will have to wear some Soom 14mm until I can get him the eyes I intended for him. I might just tell Skuld she's out of luck and make give up the gold ones for now. XD

I'm excited! I can't wait for the box to arrive at the front door. This has been the best doll experience I've ever had. Not only did he ship before nine weeks I didn't even have to pester them to ship him! How cool is that?

*sigh* I can't look at this poor head without being sad. I'm very happy that I got a Lahoo, but he's not the Lahoo I was waiting for.

After some careful review of the head I've come to the conclusion that I wish to sell him.

His nose has been sanded by the previous owner there's a chip on the head cap in the back, I had to re-glue the magnets in his head. He's also yellowed beyond being able to share the DOT body I already have. The fact that his nose is sanded is what really bothers me. There is also a tiny divot in the top right hand portion of his face that could be sanded out. The face up is from 2006 and really should be redone, in hopes to maybe restore the head to it's original color? I'm not even sure that's possible, inside the head is not a pinky color.

Also the fact that his head is bigger then Duncan's concerns me as well, it looks odd on the body.

I'm fairly sure that this head is from 2006 and has been well loved. However it's not the head I was looking for. It's not my Lahoo.

I think I want to ask how much I paid for it, which is reasonable: $80 + shipping. This would include Eyes.

I'll get proper pictures of this head. But I have a couple to share. (Wig, clothing and body NOT included, just the head and eyes in pictures are for sale)

Due to some copyrights I couldn't take pictures of in the store. Which is fine, I totally understand.

I don't own the wicker chairs in the first image, however I do own bench in the second image it came from the Littlest Princess shop.

The store is open from Tuesday - Saturday. Monday by appointment Closed on Sunday.

I think I'm going to attempt to sell some collectibles for the holiday again. Why do I always pick the holidays to sell this stuff? Maybe I'm insane or maybe it's actually profitable.

I'm looking to earn over $3,000 this time around so everything must go.

Box opening for Cuprit. She arrived this afternoon. There would have been more images but my batteries died and I have to go find recharged ones.

Well, Eden should be going home tomorrow.

I've taken my last photo shoot today and I must say that it seems they will miss each other. Duncan didn't fight the clothing that I picked out which.

It should be a two shot photo story. The second I want to say will be called: If you can't win fairly... Cheat.

I won't ruin anything but those at AWA will see the outfit I put him in and how bad of a cheater he is to get his way. I also need to redress Eden and probably give him a mild wipe down with antibacterial soap before heading out tomorrow.

I need to sit down with inu_kun1 and talk about dialog or the possibility of none for the first one. a picture says 1000 words, I have to agree with some of the images I've taken. We'll get to know them better and you'll see that Duncan is much more cunning at getting his way then Eden realized. *sinister laugh*

I should get some sleep but I'm not sure how well that will go. I always can't sleep before a big day, in my case I couldn't sleep yesterday! T_T

Size 5/6 wigs on New Retail dolls

Just a quick report. There's a new doll called LIV Girls. Their wigs fit Doll Zone BeBe Mini (Leo and Luna)! So I'm sure they will fit dolls with equally big heads.

I have pink and purple for Alice.

I found the products at Target, I've been told that Kmart sells them as well. I'll check Wal mart and possibly ToysRUs for them. I'd love to get wigs in each color and even if I have to buy the doll for the wigs so be it. Each doll is $20, that comes with TWO wigs. Separate wigs (Singles) are $6! I'm really pleased because the wig actually fits her snugly and doesn't fall off. These wigs are really soft surprisingly the pink one needed a bit of a trim but that's to be expected.

I'll post some pictures of them later. I did some maintenance on the pink one to seem more "Alice" she looks too cute. XD

I restrung Duncan's arms with new elastic, his arms move much better then before.
I posted a few of these shots on Deviant Art. I think he was pleased with me for buying him a new outfit ^^.

Most of these are Test shots for Wig and Movement.

He knows I love him best.

Cuprit shipping notices are being sent out. I haven't got mine yet. But I'm in no hurry, I've waited since April for her to come home. Unlike Duncan I actually anticipated that it would take four months or more for her to come home. Duncan on the other hand was only suppose to be five weeks, he showed up nearly four months later. Waits I can deal with, the anticipation that she'll be home soon seems surreal to me. I won't actually believe it until she's at my door and in my home.

I really hope she's home before the next doll meet, but I think that's asking too much. After all, I got a full set doll including sanding. Let's just pray she doesn't get lost in the sand box ^^.

Er... yeah so I joined. Reason? I found some friends that I've been out of touch with for ages we are talking like... nine + years.

Why? It really started when I had a string of dreams involving these people. So when I got out of bed I did a google search lo and behold the power of the internet, I found them. Well I joined up using the invite my mother extended me.

I'm not sure if I love or hate Facebook, it's kind of hard to use and I have no idea how to post blogs like here (if you can at all). Oh well I'm sure I'll get the hang of it once I read the FAQ's.

Duncan's new wigs arrived on Friday. I was so excited when they showed up at the door. His boots also showed up you can see them in a couple of images. ^_^ Really nice quality I'm very happy with what I bought and I'm really happy with the quality of the boots, they don't stink like Plastic, in fact I believe they are leather O_O

*rubs eyes* Tired.

I never ever ever thought it would happen. Never.
I bought an XBox 360, I'm really not ashamed of the fact but I am ashamed that I played it until 6:30am in the morning. Fable II is really addictive.

I got the Halo/Fable II Elite package. But we didn't stop there, add three other 360 games, including The Last Remnant, Infinite Undiscovery and Tales of Vesperia. It all started with the ToV game, we -by a stroke of luck- found the game at a store not only that but it was the limited edition version. Needless to say we couldn't pass it up, I'm a huge Tales fan and I really was disappointed that I missed out on the games release.

We plan on getting some other games later in the up and coming months. Star Ocean being in the top five. Oh and I really want a PINK controller ^_^.

Verdict:
-360 is really loud, but if you have the volume up on the tv you don't really notice it.

-Graphics, amazing, I was playing Infinite Undiscovery and was awed by the realistic human features. IU is kind of hard -being chased by monsters isn't a walk in the park- but fun factor is really up there for combat. Real time action RPG, I actually like those types of game, originally I didn't but I got really into them from playing Tales and Rogue Galaxy.

-Game controller, much better then the original Duke controller, it's slender and light weight now. I was really worried that I wouldn't like the controller but it's rather nice.

-Speed, the games can lag but that's to be expected. Load times are quick, but I hate load times =<.

-DVD's and Media: The system plays regular and HD dvds. What they don't tell you is that you can download HD movies and store them. You can also play mp4 mp3 movies and music on the system, you can store them locally or on a external HD. The only bad thing I've discovered so far is that the 360 can't read my External SeaGate HD -which is a shame- I still need to test what formats the system can play and what it can handle but the possibilities are good. Being able to watch stuff from my EHD would be awesome, but I haven't figured out if that's something the 360 supports or not (it might be too new). Don't forget the system doesn't play blueray that's exclusive to PS3.

-Price: Fair. It's not like buying a DS or a PSP, there is serious commitment to be had. You really have to know what you want and what you are willing to pay to get this system. I must say I was impressed by their price over PS3 I got two games and a headset for under what a new PS3 is going for. It was really hard for me to buy a new system, the last major one I bought was a Wii.

-Backward compatibility: You head me right. I was playing XBox games on my 360, granted they looked REALLY hokey but it still emulated it perfectly. Something that Microsoft did right was being able to play your old games on the new system, win in my book. (only select PS3's can play PS2 games -fail-)

Overall I am really pleased with the 360, I don't regret buying it and I hope that Final Fantasy 13 meets my expectations.

No new dollies. Zero. Cuprit is my only in coming doll until further notice. End of topic.

Why? I bought Eric a Silver PSP. You know I thought about it for a long time. I came to the conclusion one night after agonizing and disgruntled about finances that I would GIVE UP on the quest for a new LE or even a doll, if it happens it happens. As much as I wanted Chrom I don't know if I want him, he has a Cuprit feel to him honestly I don't need a second doll that feels like that. I'll be putting out some feelers for dolls possibly next year. But I think I should stick with what I want for now. If something comes along and grabs my attention before then, well we'll have to see now won't we ;)
